Learning The Craft Everyday

My name is Gavin Garcia, and I studied Advertising at the University of Texas. Having grown up around the industry, I feel I’ve had a lifelong head start. From a young age, I was going to commercial shoots and studio sessions, experiencing firsthand the culture inside advertising agencies.

Early on, I learned that great ideas can make you stop, think, and feel something. This insight quickly transformed into a passion for the creative side of the work and made it clear this is what I wanted to be a part of.

Experiences like attending the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and interning as a copywriter further shaped my love for bold ideas and great work. My portfolio reflects not just my love for advertising, but the curiosity that drives me to keep crafting, and crafting, and crafting.
